1. How does 3DExperience work?
3DExperience offers the possibility of purchasing all AC Milan and Inter FC matches (both Serie A and Cups) both in Supporter Card format (TDT) and in Electronic TIcket format (PDF).
 
2. How does seat selection work?
Within the details of the individual match, the site offers a map of the stadium with a legend underneath which divides the areas into CATEGORIES. Each category is associated with 1 or more colors.
 
3. What if I want a specific position within a sector?
All purchases are based on the CATEGORY selected. For requests for specific sectors, contact support, we will be happy to meet your needs.
 
4. Are my seats next to each other?
Yes, just select the quantity and proceed with the purchase in a single transaction.
 
5. When will I receive the tickets?
Tickets will be sent via email in PDF format within 48 hours before the match. If there are problems with the seats purchased, you will still receive tickets in a higher category without any difference in price.
 
6. I can no longer access my email, how do I recover the tickets?
There is no problem, contact our support to report the problem, we will resend the tickets.
 
7. I haven’t received the purchase confirmation, how can I know if it was successful?
First check your account to see if the operation was successful, in which case contact our support.
 
8. How many tickets can I buy per transaction?
You can check the availability of tickets for every single match at any time in real time.
 
9. Can I purchase multiple tickets for multiple matches?
Of course, you can add the desired tickets to your cart and then proceed with the payment in a single transaction.
 
10. Do I need to print anything?
You can both print the tickets received or show the PDF with your smartphone.
 
11. The purchase was not successful/there are problems on the site, what can I do?
We have a dedicated assistance service, we always respond quickly to satisfy your requests and resolve any problems.
 
12. Are the tickets safe?

13. Can I resell my tickets if I can’t go?
Of course, just remember to make the name change* on the team’s website. (* unless otherwise provided by the Osservatorio).
 
14. What is the difference between TDT and PDF ticket?
The Tessera Del Tifoso is a loyalty card issued by football teams, it has great advantages as it is easier to find tickets and allows you to find a more competitive price.
 
15. Where do I enter the TDT data?
During the order you will find a field where you can enter the names and the TDT number.
 
16. How can I request TDT?

17. What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay with all cards from the Amex, Mastercard, Visa circuits and with PayPal. You will find all the accepted payment methods before making the purchase.
 
18. I received a Promo Code how can i use it? Is it valid for all matches?
You can enter the Promo Code at the time of purchase, once entered the amount to be paid will be updated. The Promo Code is valid for all Serie A matches.
 
19. I am a reseller/agency, do I have any benefits?
You can contact our Support and we will be happy to meet your needs.
 
20. I am interested in other Serie A/Champions League matches of other italian teams, do you have tickets?
We currently only deal with the 2 teams in Milano in order to provide you with an impeccable service, you can still contact our Support for your requests.
 
21. Do you also provide extra services (airport pick-up / guide / accommodation booking)?
Absolutely yes. If you need additional services you can request our assistance, in addition to the match we also provide other services.
 
22. I have surplus tickets for a particular match, can I resell them to you?
If they are tickets we are interested in, we will evaluate your proposals. For this type of service it is necessary to contact Support.
 
23. It’s the first time I go to the stadium and I don’t know how to move, what can I do?
After making the purchase you can contact us, we will guide you step by step through your experience.
 
24. I can no longer go to the match, can I get a refund?
We are sorry but tickets are NOT refundable. However you can get in touch with us, we will try to sell them for you.
 
25. The match has been postponed, can I have a refund of the ticket?
We are sorry but the tickets purchased are not refundable, however you can always use the tickets for the new date or alternatively resell them, we are at your disposal for any doubts.
